250g Wheat flour
1 tbsp semolina
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp curd /dahi
Salt to taste


Mix the flour, rawa,Salt, curd and ghee
Knead them into stiff dough with warm water
Shape into small balls
Heat a gas tandoor or oven and roast on low heat till the outer cover is brown and crusty
Break open the baati and pour some fresh ghee on the halves
Serve with dal.
